Job summary

Michaels in Concord, NH is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join our store operations. You will help customers find products, assist at checkout, and participate in rewards enrollment while delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling BOPIS and SFS processes, stocking, and store recovery to ensure shelves are in-stock and well-merchandised. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and process cash transactions.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Explain and collect VOC feedback from customers.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planograms; maintain in-stock shelves.
• Handle merchandise recovery and returns; keep store well-merchandised.
