Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Enrol customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
