Job summary

Michaels Charlottesville store seeks team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and process a fast checkout with accurate cash handling. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well-merchandised, supporting BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.

Engaging customers about rewards programs and completing enrollments are also part of the role, with a focus on safety, SOPs, and a positive, respectful workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve questions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Participate in store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
