Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate cash register and process transactions.
• Comfort with stocking, unloading trucks and store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Educate customers on rewards and private label credit cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and following planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, merchandisers, and in-stock optimization.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image.
• Cross-train in framing/crafts sales as needed.
