Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Previous customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and pushing/pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity and basic math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer service.
• Support cash register operations and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store environments and restrooms.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Protect cash and company assets and perform other duties as assigned.
