Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to deliver friendly, efficient service at our Mableton store. You’ll handle cash transactions, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, safety-conscious operation, and teamwork with store leaders.

Previous retail or service experience is preferred; physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs is required. Part-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
