Job summary

You will work across front-end and back-end tasks, ensuring a clean, friendly shopping environment and accurate cash handling. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and integrity, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintaining positive, safe interactions with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
