Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers.

You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and professional interactions with customers and teammates. The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and reliable problem-solving.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and front-end support.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock bathrooms, floors, and waste areas.
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
