Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Atlanta seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will cross-train to assist at the cash register and front-end duties as needed, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, restocking, and maintaining a safe, friendly store atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience is highly valued.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end support.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and ensure cash security.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and restock as needed.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Support with unloading merchandise and processing freight safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
