Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and contribute to a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and can switch to front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while maintaining a safe store environment. Part-time position in Georgia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned*.
