Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II for our Douglasville, GA location. You will assist with daily store operations, support customers, and cross-train for front-end duties while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will handle merchandise, supervise cash transactions, and help protect assets. Prior retail customer service experience is preferred; lifting 30–50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in store areas including restrooms and floors.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
