Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall presentation.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
