Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandise recovery, and store recovery to support brand promises.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
