Responsibilities include completing framing orders, maintaining the frame department, assisting with Omni-channel processes, and delivering friendly, efficient service to every customer who visits the store.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers using framing solutions and deliver sales/production results.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including stock/shelf replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products in stock.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes and ensure a well merchandised store.
