Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Bend, OR to deliver exceptional customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with inventory, stocking, and store recovery to maintain an inviting, well-merchandised store environment.

Responsibilities include supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, engaging customers in loyalty programs, and following SOPs to uphold safety and policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and friendly, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Perform truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery duties.
