The Michaels Stores in Roseburg, OR is seeking an associate to welcome customers, locate products, and assist with checkout. You will help with stocking, merchandising, and omnichannel processes while delivering friendly service daily.

Responsibilities include operating cash registers to standard, promoting rewards and private label offers, and supporting store safety and recovery initiatives to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience handling cash and providing friendly service.
• Familiarity with store operations and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in loyalty programs and enroll them when possible.
• Assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, inventory, and safety programs.
