Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member in Midland, TX to deliver friendly service, assist shoppers, and process fast, accurate checkouts. You'll engage customers with the Rewards program and enrollments while supporting omni-channel processes and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, stocking, and following SOPs while promoting safety and a positive image. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery, handle returns/go backs, and ensure in-stock merchandising.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
