Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find home improvement products and services in-store. You will welcome shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Daily duties include assisting with locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting multiple departments as needed. A positive, energetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lb.
• Lift 25 lb unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
