Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Memphis seeks a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections, deliver white-glove customer service, and help Merchandising and store operations. Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Credit and collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily
Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart
Deliveries & pickups: drive company vehicles for loading/unloading and installation of products
