Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their lives. The role focuses on credit and collections to drive growth, while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

A strong emphasis on merchandising and safety underpins day-to-day duties. The position requires 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with white-glove service in stores and in customers' homes
• Deliveries & Pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products following procedures
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness
