Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Experience with retail bank renovation or real estate projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Prepare all elements of the project with clients (scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, schedule, quality control, risk).
• Define project delivery resources via pre-qualified lists or project qualification process; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
