Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned markets. This role supports project initiation through completion, with remote work flexibility and travel up to 30%.

You will oversee project delivery, collaborate with CBRE and client leadership, and ensure adherence to design guidelines, safety policies, and project playbooks. A strong PM background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and construction of projects within region to meet timelines, specs, quality, and costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
• Lead programmatic deliverables and budgets; escalate gaps and issues as needed.
• Develop client requirements and ensure consistent delivery standards across regions.
