Job summary

Landing Point, a regional bank headquartered in New Jersey, seeks an EPMO Conversion Readiness & Command Center Analyst to support a large-scale retail core conversion. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management, readiness, command center, change management, or banking ops.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or banking conversions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Retail banking operations or conversion support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Retail Conversion Command Center structure for weekend conversion and stabilization.
• Develop call flow processes, tracking metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Establish escalation paths, SLAs, and first-line support processes.
• Create structured reporting during conversion weekend.
• Monitor issues and service performance for timely resolution.
• Lead communications for Command Center operations and support.
• Manage Command Center operations during stabilization.
• Refine readiness review scripts and materials.
• Analyze readiness results to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead communications with retail branches and leadership teams.
• Develop engagement programs to encourage participation.
• Establish dashboards to track readiness metrics.
• Coordinate escalation of significant issues to enterprise teams.
• Provide recommendations based on readiness outcomes.
