Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform. You will collaborate across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy to solve problems and ensure a smooth launch.

You’ll bridge vision and technical reality, manage backlogs, scope workstreams, and partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to close data gaps and deliver reliable experiences for agents and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform across multiple streams
• Bridge the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for 5 platforms and 3 tenants
• Manage the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers
