Job summary

Capital One Senior Manager, BC&P Application Experience leads the Site & App team within Acquisition Channels, directing the 2–3 year roadmap and testing agenda to deliver destination conversion experiences and a forward-looking decisioning strategy for debt products.

You will head a team of analysts, partner across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance, and drive optimization of the application funnel, data-driven risk assessment, and pricing and product strategy to unlock substantial business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability and competitive advantage.
• Own strategic planning with a 1–6 month horizon and potential P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop analysts; mentor across the organization.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Lead marketing insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market ideas.
• Drive credit risk improvements with analytics and risk modeling.
