Job summary

Patrick & Company is seeking a Retail Consultant to cover the Texas Territory, building relationships with boutiques and retailers while traveling the state. You will plan orders, grow existing accounts, and collaborate with our showroom team at Dallas Market Center.

The role leverages a strong portfolio of gift, home, and lifestyle brands, with a commission-based compensation structure and ongoing support from the Director of Sales. Based in Texas with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Wholesale or retail experience preferred.
• Boutique, gift, or showroom background is a big plus.
• Self-motivated and organized with territory management drive.
• Based in Texas with regular travel and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with boutiques, gift shops, and specialty retailers across Texas.
• Visit stores on the road and help buyers plan orders that sell through.
• Work Dallas Market Center showroom with the team and timing-market activities.
• Write and manage orders in MarketTime and share feedback with brands.
