Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a team of field personnel and subcontractors from start to finish on retail construction projects across California and the western United States.

The role requires 5+ years in a superintendent capacity, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and compliance. ProCore proficiency and willingness to travel are essential. Competitive wages and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, fast food; last 5 years experience preferred.
• Proficient in math including area calculations and take-offs.
• Ability to read construction documents and understand construction methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ProCore experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team and coordinate subcontractors to complete work on schedule and within budget.
• Document progress using ProCore and send daily reports to the Project Team.
• Read job plans regularly and inspect progress during site walks to guide work.
