Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale retail construction and remodeling projects across California and the western United States.

You will direct a team, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and ensure work meets code and client specs. The role requires 5+ years as a superintendent, extensive travel, and strong organizational skills to manage complex schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years experience in retail/hospitality/fuel-station open-store remodels (last 5 years).
• Proficient in reading construction documents and formulas; take-off experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and safety training in first week.
• Provide insights on job specs and coordinate with Sub-Contractors.
• Document progress with ProCore and send daily reports to the Project Team.
• Read plans at least twice daily and inspect progress on walks to guide work.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, construction team and inspectors.
• Coordinate site construction activities and supervise field personnel.
