Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations or open store remodels in the last 5 years.
• Proficient in math, including area calculations and take-offs; able to read construction documents.
• Computer skills with MS Office; StruXure is a plus.
• CA Driver’s License, good driving history, dependable transportation; background check required.
• OSHA 10 and CPR certification a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively across California; overnight stays may be necessary.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish to meet schedule and budget.
• Use StruXure to document progress and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read job plans and inspect progress; coordinate with Sub-Contractors.
• Conduct daily meetings with retail clients, EWB team and inspectors.
• Ensure safety and compliance; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Travel as needed to project sites; supervise site activities (up to ~140 per day).
• Maintain client spaces and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
