Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead subcontractors and EWB staff from project kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to budget and safety standards.

The role requires extensive travel across California and the western U.S., a strong leadership presence, and the ability to read plans, coordinate inspections, and run daily client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role is required.
• 3+ years building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, or fast-food environments.
• Ability to read construction documents and perform takeoffs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ProCore is a plus.
• Must have valid California driver's license and pass background check.
• OSHA 10 and CPR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish with schedule and budget in mind.
• Use ProCore to document progress and send daily reports to the project team.
• Read job plans and inspect progress; coordinate with subs to schedule work.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, EWB team, and inspectors.
• Travel extensively to California and other project locations as needed.
