Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to support Retail Construction Projects for a financial services client in the United States. You will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in project management within real estate or construction, plus proficiency with Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam. This on-site role requires strong communication, collaboration skills, and travel for site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams to high performance.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans; identify risks.
• Manage project budgets and forecast costs.
• Implement quality control to meet client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes.
