Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to drive retail construction initiatives for a financial services client. You will lead projects from concept to delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and internal teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in MS Projects and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams; high engagement.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members; ensure clear communication.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Track finances, ensure budget adherence, and provide cost forecasts.
• Implement quality control measures to meet client expectations.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous project management practices.
• Support delivery of challenging retail projects for a financial services client.
