Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to support Retail Construction Projects for a financial services client. You will lead projects from inception to completion, manage stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in PM, proficiency with MS Project and Bluebeam, and strong communication skills. This on-site role in Richmond, VA may involve travel and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency with PM software including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams to high performance.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans; mitigate risks.
• Track finances, budgets and provide cost forecasts.
