Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Project Manager to lead Retail Construction projects for a financial services client. Remote work with weekly visits to the greater Atlanta, GA area will apply, requiring travel as needed.

You will manage projects end-to-end, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization. Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.
• Experience in global/matrixed organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, sustainability standards.
• Experience with digital tools in PM.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making.
