You will lead project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while guiding diverse teams to successful outcomes within budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
