Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager for Retail Construction Projects Team to manage complex projects from inception to completion. You will ensure timely, on-budget delivery and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in real estate or construction, proficiency with MS Projects and Bluebeam, and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency with project management software, including MS Projects and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify risks and issues.
• Track finances and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Implement quality control to meet client expectations.
• Support delivery of retail projects for a financial services client.
