Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify best practices and reporting needs in collaboration with internal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet account needs.
• Identify client growth opportunities with sales teams.
• Suggest ideas to improve in-store execution and retail strategies.
• Manage client data and assignments in systems.
• Communicate frequency plans and address field concerns.
• Participate in weekly calls with Directors of Operations and address issues early.
• Align resources to meet objectives.
• Possibly participate in training or special event programs.
• Support other accounts during peak periods.
