Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a Client Services Representative to join a growing team and support Fortune 500 clients and smaller accounts. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will manage day-to-day project requirements and coordinate requests to ensure quality execution.

You will act as the sole contact for marketing and location launch events, requiring detail orientation, calendar management, and strong business understanding of implications for retailers and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or equivalent work exp.
• Two years of experience in program management required.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Strong business acumen and judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience in Retail Grand Openings is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-specific tasks and ensure service obligations are met.
• Act as consultative extension to inform on project, campaign, and program execution.
• Support onboarding tasks per client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue growth with clients.
• Communicate risks and coordinate with other departments to resolve.
• Monitor monthly financial variances and report findings.
• Quality check invoices and ensure services are billed correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
