Retail Success Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Representative for our Overland Park, KS team. You will help onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and portfolio management while gaining strong knowledge of merchant services; you will learn our software and hardware to troubleshoot technical issues.

This role blends customer support with hands-on tech problem-solving in a fast-paced, small-team setting, with comprehensive benefits and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some related college coursework a plus.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience in technical support or merchant services.
• Experience with POS solutions is a plus.
• Ability to learn merchant services and software/features to troubleshoot.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provides merchant services and technical support to clients via phone, social media, and email.
• Onboards, implements, and maintains accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develops client relationships through knowledge of products and services and competitive strengths/weaknesses.
• Maintains accurate client records in a PCI-compliant manner.
• Responds to questions and troubleshoots issues for clients and partners.
• Programs and ships related hardware (POS terminals) and software.
• Develops and creates documentation and support for in-house and end-user use.
