You will connect with clients on the floor, develop repeat business, and maintain in-depth product knowledge. The position requires flexibility for weekends, evenings and holidays and offers opportunities to participate in events and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a client services role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with retail POS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals through exceptional on-floor service.
• Build client relationships and retain repeat clients.
• Maintain product knowledge of apparel each season.
• Participate in events and CRM activities to boost repeat business.
