Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain exceptional in-store sales and service, promoting a sales culture and achieving KPIs. You will connect with clients, develop repeat customers, and stay current on apparel fit and seasonal lines.

Participation in events and CRM activities will help drive repeat business and brand loyalty. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in client services, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable, efficient sales and service focus on the floor to meet sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and build repeat customer relationships.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel fit, fabric, and seasonal lines.
