• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Monitor sustenance and adoption of prior projects; identify fixes.
• Prepare and adhere to project timelines.
• Define clear, attainable project objectives and communicate them.
• Manage cost, time, scope, and quality constraints in projects.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and create written project plans with milestones.
• Coordinate projects with clients and other teams.
• Document regular client and internal meetings; review activities and deadlines.
• Create work orders for add-on services to meet expectations.
