Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proven data analyst experience with data models and segmentation techniques.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Apps, Quicksight.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct testing and validation to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs to understand requirements.
• Validate user stories within service levels.
• Create and maintain test scripts, cases, results, and defect logs.
• Perform regression testing to protect existing functionality.
• Support deployments to staging/production with sanity checks.
• Visit business channels to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present materials to departments for updates or training.
• Stay updated on testing best practices and automation.
