Job summary

Oriental is seeking an Advisor, Customer Intelligence & Operations (Testing and Implementation Lead) to drive testing, implementation, and production readiness for RM (Pega) and Infinity. You will ensure processes meet quality standards, are compliant, and delivered on time.

The role partners with business, operations, and technology teams to identify process improvements, mitigate risks, and enable successful system changes. This hybrid role reports to Oriental Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UAT, production regression testing, implementation support, systems testing, or related disciplines.
• Leadership, supervisory, project coordination, testing lead, or team development experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, implementation practices, defect management, and QA principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and implementation activities to ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, timelines, and requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing strategies across all testing phases.
• Lead deployment readiness and ensure smooth integration into daily operations.
• Develop and maintain testing procedures, controls, and monitoring processes.
• Analyze results, identify defects, risks, and opportunities; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation, reports, dashboards, and data for monitoring and audits.
• Provide guidance to business and operations on testing requirements and readiness.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving system enhancements and automation.
• Monitor end-user readiness and support training and transition activities.
