Job summary

You will manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver clear project plans, while ensuring quality and adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Proven data analyst experience with data models, database design, data mining.
• Strong analytics with ability to analyze large datasets.
• Knowledge of statistics; experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and QuickSight.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Visual Studio, and Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; cross-team collaboration.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor assigned projects per strategy.
• Visit channels to identify improvement opportunities and submit proposals.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Define objectives and manage the project constraints (cost, time, scope, quality).
• Lead kickoff meetings and create written project plans with milestones.
• Coordinate projects with clients and multiple teams.
• Document regular client and team meetings and review activities.
• Create work orders for add-on services as needed.
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
• Solicit client feedback with post-implementation surveys.
