Job summary

Oriental in Puerto Rico seeks a Sales Development Trainer to design and deliver training programs that embed new initiatives into daily operations, aligned with franchise standards and corporate values.

You will conduct onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skills development for teams in operations, sales and customer service, using instructor-led, virtual and on-the-job formats to raise performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields required.
• Experience in training, orientations, reviews and seminars for internal clients.
• Coaching employees to reinforce sales, service or customer experience standards preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new initiatives and processes.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for operations, sales and customer service.
• Lead implementation planning and deployment schedules.
• Conduct instructor-led, virtual and on-the-job training.
• Coach and reinforce sales and service best practices.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams during implementation.
• Monitor implementation progress and address issues proactively.
