The UPS Store 7171 in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Center Manager to run day-to-day operations of this retail location, help manage productivity, and ensure world-class customer service while contributing to profit/loss and service levels.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred), at least one year of retail operations experience, strong leadership, solid computer skills, and the physical ability to perform the job.

Qualificações

• At least one year of retail store operations experience.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities; able to motivate a team to optimize performance.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.

Responsabilidades

• Helps with personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and helps facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors, evaluates, and helps maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Helps develop and implement the store marketing program.
• Helps manage Center financials and prepare/reporting.
• Manages inventory.
• Oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
