Job summary

The UPS Store Neenah #2376 is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Manager in running daily operations of this retail location. You may open/close, help manage productivity, and ensure the store delivers world-class customer service to every customer.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience in logistics or retail, strong computer skills, and the ability to motivate a team to hit targets. P&L experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or related field.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• P&L experience is a plus.
• Dynamic personality with ability to motivate a team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Manages center financials and prepares reporting; oversees inventory.
