Job summary

The UPS Store Neenah #2376 is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help run day-to-day operations of this retail location. You will support the Center Manager in achieving targets, managing staff, and ensuring world-class customer service while monitoring costs and preparing reports for the franchise owner.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (college coursework or a degree preferred), 1 year of retail operations experience, strong supervisory skills, solid computer

• 1 year of retail store operations experience.
• Strong supervisory/managerial/leadership skills.
• Excellent computer/internet/software knowledge.
• Physical ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, etc.).
• Dynamic personality with ability to motivate a team to attain targets.

Responsibilities

• Helps with personnel management, recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and assists in weekly/monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors and helps maximize customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Helps develop and implement the store marketing program.
• Helps manage Center financials and provide reporting.
• Manages inventory and reviews daily timesheets for payroll.
• Oversees Center maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
