Job summary

The UPS Store #0318, #6132, #5901 is seeking a Center Manager to run daily retail operations, open/close, supervise staff, and ensure world-class customer service. You will monitor costs, deliver reports to the franchise owner, and drive improvements to profitability and service levels.

The ideal candidate has post-high school education, at least two years of store operations experience, strong leadership, and solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store operations experience.
• Post-high school education or college coursework/degree.
• Strong supervisory/leadership skills.
• Excellent computer/software knowledge.
• Willing to accept full accountability for Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and facilitates weekly or monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors, evaluates and maximizes customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the store marketing program.
• Manages Center financials and prepares/provides reporting.
• Manages inventory.
• Reviews daily employee timesheets and submits for payroll processing.
• Oversees Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
